Our projects implementation team, Well Beyond, grew out of Well Aware’s success and is our dedicated sister company ensuring all of our projects are community-led and technically sustainable. This social enterprise is also scaling our mission and providing additional revenue for even more project work.
Their oversight includes researching and recommending which water and partnership solution is best for each community, implementing these solutions, and conducting follow up and impact measurement. Learn more about this innovative team here.

Well Aware’s Board of Directors oversees all activities and makes key decisions regarding its finances and operations. Well Aware is fortunate to be guided by the following board members.
The Advisory Council serves as a critical community champion of Well Aware. Members serve our mission by providing their professional expertise; their diverse knowledge of constituent perspectives; their connections to local, national or international resources, colleagues or peers; their philanthropic support or other forms of needed assistance. The Advisory Council has no governing obligations within the organization.

Well Aware's Youth Ambassadors are selected by our team each year to represent and volunteer for our organization through our Classrooms to Clean Water initiative. The Youth Ambassadors serve for a minimum of one year (based on a school calendar year).
