Raised in Arlington, Texas, Cornell began getting civically engaged at 10 years old as a volunteer for a local school board race. Since then, Mr. Woolridge’s community service includes NAACP, Rotary International, mentoring, and various boards in Arlington, TX, Baltimore, MD and Austin, TX. Mr. Woolridge is currently Operations Specialist – National Recruiting with the Princeton Review. He is also Founder and President of CivicSolve LLC (http://www.civicsolve.com), a civic empowerment consulting firm.
Mr. Woolridge has a B.A. in English from Skidmore College, M. S. in Ethics and Public Policy from Suffolk University, and Graduate Certification in Transformative Leadership from Maryland University of Integrative Health. Cornell has managed successful political and issue campaigns in Texas, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania.
Cornell lives in Austin, with his partner Candace and their dogs Jack and Falkor (Candace’s Service Dog in Training) and enjoys cooking, discovering new music, movies (Biopics & Romantic Comedies) and cheering on his favorite sports teams (Oklahoma Sooners, Texas Rangers, Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Mavericks & Dallas Stars).
