Tim Wilschetz

technical advisor, engineer

Tim has 35 years of infrastructure project experience, beginning as a project manager for industrial and transportation projects in 1983. He spent nearly 20 years in public and project finance, working for investment banks in New York, including co-managing Morgan Stanley’s US transportation finance team prior to joining KPMG’s infrastructure advisory network in 2008. Since then he has led teams on multi-billion dollar road, bridge and tunnel “projects of the year” in Indiana, Pennsylvania and Ohio, as well as advising municipal and state governments throughout the country.

Tim is an active civil engineering alum of Purdue University and an MBA graduate of Columbia University. He is a licensed engineer in Missouri and a registered securities professional. He is the proud single parent of two great kids, Emily and Daniel, and together they manage the Carol A. Buch Family Foundation, supporting priorities of specific interest to the family.
