Mbithi

Mbithi is a student in Kitonyini, Kenya and wants to be a police officer when she grows up. She used to have to collect water daily from a dam or borehole far away from her home, and it was expensive and not clean. At her school, students and teachers used a bucket for hand washing, but with clean water, there’s the opportunity for sanitation infrastructure to be developed.

Mbithi is excited that with clean water she can enjoy her time outside of school, her family can save money and she’ll stay healthy!
